The ordering process can take up to 20-25 days. Ezylink offers a range of services to allow you to track where your order is in our system.
When your order is entered, you will receive an e-mail or letter with your customer number and password.
For your reference below is the typical order process:
1. If you have failed to complete any section of your application, a consultant will contact you and you will be required to re submit it again, along with the missing information.
2. Once we receive all the correct documentation, we will debit your credit card for an initial $145 of the installation fee.
3. Once your funds have been approved, we will direct our wholesaler to enable the ADSL codes on your phone line.
4. Within 4-8 working days, we will receive notification from our wholesaler that:
a. ADSL has been successfully enabled
on your line.
b. The exchange still has ADSL codes enabled on your line from another supplier.
(If this happens you will need to contact your previous supplier to have the
codes removed.)
c. The line or the exchange is incompatible. (If you line is incompatible, we
will refund the $145 debited from your card within 3 working days)
5. We will call or e-mail you to confirm the outcome of the application for the ADSL codes.
6. Once the application for the ADSL codes is successful, we will debit your credit card for the remaining portion of the installation fee, and the first months access fees.
7. Once your funds have been approved, your account will be activated and you can proceed with the self installation.
8. If you selected profesional installation on your order form - then the rest of the installation will be done by our staff at the pre-arranged time. This will conclude your installation.
9. For self installation - Once you have received your modem you should connect it to the line and configure your equipment. Once line sync has been achieved, this will become the anniversary date for your billing period.
